Mr Kobayashi was appointed as Non Executive Director of Freeworld Coatings Limited on 28 April 2011. He joined Kansai in April 1968 and has been Chairman of the board and Representative Director since 1 April 2010. Previously he held positions in International Operations as well as serving as Manager of the Business Planning Office, Managing Director, Manager of the Legal and Management Office and Senior Managing Director and Company President.
